Everything was fantastic, the staff were very helpful & friendly. I had a very early start the one day and the man on reception waited with me outside for my taxi. Always services with a smile and good conversation. The food in the restaurant was delicious at breakfast - we didn't get a chance to try it for dinner but it smelt delicious and the bar service was great. Our room was lovely, great bathroom (shower) and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness suite was small but more than enough for what I needed and had a good array of equipment. Everything was spotlessly clean. We wouldn't hesitate to book the hotel again for our next visit.

Just as a hotel should be. Great house, perfect location, super service and fantastic suite. Quiet although it's in a busy area, comfortable beds, chic decor that is never loud; it's really easy to feel welcome and it's tempting to stay in bed a little longer. A detail: we forgot a cable in the room and got a personal, friendly email from the concierge before we even noticed we had lost it with suggestions on how to get it back.

It was lovely. Breakfast was a bonus.. It was delicious... comfy bed. pool was fab in the morning and in the evening, especially when it was so cold outside the pool was super warm!

The location was perfect for the Head of the Charles regatta. Close enough that I could walk back to the hotel after the event was over. The staff were all fantastic, friendly, and ready to help. I loved that housekeeping came by to tidy up and provide fresh towels, despite the fact that I was only there for two nights. Typically, most hotels require you to stay longer, which I'm not a fan of. The room was beautifully decorated. I loved the modern, neutral colours and decor. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean.
