Very confortable rooms, pretty design, I loved the lobby with the Christmas trees and fire place. I really appreciated the fact that I forgot an European plug converter in my room and the staff kept it available for me until I returned in Boston and I was able to recover it. The hotel is very centrally located in the Beacon Hill district of Boston. There are a wide range of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Boston Common and the shops on Newbury Street are also a short walk away. There is also the Massachusetts General Hospital/Charles Street T station right opposite the hotel. Although it was very centrally located, my room was very quiet. I also enjoyed my breakfast of scrambled eggs with toast. Staff were always very friendly and helpful with special mention given to manager Joyce, who made my stay a joy.
