Front office manager Joyce Chin were very helpful and friendly . We have a beautiful room with view and felt very comfortable during our stay.The neighborhood is well connected to Boston and at the same time you have a bit of peace within Boston . Lovely charming guesthouse in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. The staff were super friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

A small gem. Fantastic location on the water with its own pier. Just a few, large, comfortable rooms with great views of city / harbor / water. Wonderfully quiet, you can relax and forget you're in a city - yet most of Boston, and great restaurants, are just a short walk away. Great bed, great bathroom. Good breakfast, served in the room (must order the evening ahead). Personnel is friendly and helpful. You can reach the airport by water taxi with a charming 10 minute boat ride which is not expensive. We love small, quiet hotels, and this was perfect.
