We traveled from Germany and rented a car so it was important for us to have parking space. We had plenty of parking and we also loved the location plus close by to the police station making it a safe place to stay. The Ballantyne. neighborhood is GORGEOUS! The staff were very friendly and the cleaning ladies were also super nice and did a great job maintaining the building. Everytime I was down to do some computer work on the first level, they were always cleaning - very hard working people and I love seeing their dedication to this hard work. They deserve an extra bonus! ;) The food was amazing and tasted very good! We were happy with out breakfast!!

This is a new facility in a newly constructed district at Ballantyne. Charlotte downtown is actually far from this place. we were in transit from Washington to Florida so one night stay in the hotel fully suited our purpose. Quite location, nice sleep and everything was new. Park my car just next to the entrance, the parking is big enough and I saw a multi storeys garage on the parking.

Breakfast is good. We have group of teenagers and the hotel let us using their meeting room for the kids playing cards every night, which gives us a big convenience for the kids bonding with each others. We appreciate that.

The breakfast had a good deal of variety; the bed was very comfortable and the layout of the suite was such that one did not feel at all crowded....Love the fact that the washroom was divided into separate shower room and toilet rooms!
