Stayed in the sleeper car. Best shower I’ve had in my life. Radiant heating in the floor in the bathroom. Adorable. Best staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel: I reported a loose bike seat in the exercise room, and the maintenance guys were in the room before I finished talking to the front desk. Above and beyond. On site restaurant was fantastic.

Beautifully presented hotel. Amazing hidden speakeasy bar in the hotel too! What a find. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms - loved the decor. Also very quiet rooms!! Had the best night’s sleep of my entire 2 week trip in the States.

Check in was speedy, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. My little one enjoyed the pool a lot.

This hotel is fantastic. Be sure to have a look around, and take in the history of this building. The lobby bar has great food available and the staff are amazing, as are all the staff at Read House. The only downside is hotels after this location cannot possibly compete!!

Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,
