The room size is big enough and you find all things you need daily. Coffee and Water is always for free. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The Atwood restaurant is a really nice place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The taste and quality of the food is always delicious. All staff is very friendly and always helpful. Excellent location, in the heart of the Loop, very nearby to red and blue subway stations, as well as many bus lines. The room itself was spacious and clean, with everyday housekeeping service. Staff was nice, easy to check in and check out plus any other special request. Stable and strong WiFi.

Where do I start. From the moment I checked in the welcome I got was first class. I’ve stayed at some of the expensive hotels in Chicago previously but the service you get from this hotel and it’s staff is second to none. The staff are soo friendly and always got a smile on their faces and no mater what I asked for or requested they were soo nice in doing it… the ladies in the breakfast were amazing, funny and again soo nice. Even being in doing breakfast for us at 5am on a Sunday before our marathon they had smiles on their faces and even singing to us…. You girls are tops. My recommendation is don’t hesitate to book this hotel…. Great location, great size rooms and most of all value for money. Hopefully be back next year to stay this time with my family. Thanks again for a great stay.
