Amazing hotel, in my opinion superior other hotels in this area of Chicago which I happen to have stayed in over the last 10+ years. Spacious, modern, well equipped, bright rooms, very friendly staff, especially Mr Pablo, director of rooms, very customer focused, has made our stay extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend and plan to return.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mag Mile Residence Inn. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – perfect for our family trip. The small kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with a baby.
The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The hotel also has a stylish and welcoming lobby, which was a great space to relax and spend time with family who were in town for a wedding.
The gym was another highlight – well-equipped with quality machines and free weights. And the location couldn’t have been better: just steps from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk from the river and many of Chicago’s top attractions.
Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for space, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city.

It was advertised as cozy and European, but there was plenty of space - especially for the price! It was a bit too “Instagrammy”/trying to be cool for our taste, but the bar was fun, the location was great and the staff was very friendly

Breakfast and lunches in the lobby were great. Service was excellent. Really enjoyed Z Bar, the rooftop bar, great views and excellent cocktails.

For a 1st of only two nights in Chicago the hotel was perfectly located right next to the Metro station and the views offered across the city were simply stunning.
Staff were all pleasant, polite and kindly housed our luggage on Day 2 whilst we went to Soldier Field for the Bears game.
Self-Service Breakfast was ideal.
Would definitely stay there again.
