Breakfast and lunches in the lobby were great. Service was excellent. Really enjoyed Z Bar, the rooftop bar, great views and excellent cocktails.

I was impressed by the room with its incredible view and the fireplace. The staff, the room service, I could go on and on, but to make it short: my stay exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in the original Waldorf in NYC many years ago and I am so glad to have had another amazing experience at a Waldorf. A special thanks to Angel. 10/10 in every way and I will definitely be back next time I am in Chicago.

The location was spot on the hotel is beautiful on entry rooms comfy bathroom well stocked road trip with son so sofa bed was a must amazing free breakfast set you up for the day maybe a couple more toasters as queue formed creating bottleneck plenty of elevators free managers drinks and snacks in the evening
