Everything was perfect from the begining until the end! Very nice place to stay, I recommend it at 100%. Billy and his partner are very nice, the room is perfect, nice people there, good vibes, very clean and great breakfast, it’s very valuable. The swimming pool area is great too. From the moment I arrived everything was perfect. I was greeted by the hosts I was warmly welcomed. The property is well maintained with a beautiful pool, lounging area and bbq/ outdoor dining facilities. The hotel had a decent occupancy, yet I didn’t find to be disturbed by any surrounding noise. My apartment was beautifully furnished and so comfortable. Location is also amazing- close to the beach front & las olas blvd near stores and restaurants. I recommend this spot as the only place to stay in Lauderdale- will certainly be back!

The lady who owns this place. She was discreet, yet always available and enquiring if we needed anything, if everything was fine etc...when she would see us. The cleanliness: it was impeccable Everything included: good Starbucks coffee, plenty of towels, replacement if needed, everything to cook, utensils, dishes, dishwasher, soap etc....toaster, blender, juicer, kettle microwave, stove, etc..... Easy access Security Quietness Proximity to Las Olas Boulevard 30 minutes walk to beach, which is awesome if you want to get your daily walk. If not, few minutes away by car. Parking included.
