The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. We have been there before, so we knew it is great. This time we arrived towards the end of our vacation and a few hours after a war began in our country. We were in deep distress. The staff talked about it with us, was very sympathetic and decided to give us the night stay on the house. We were deeply touched by the gesture and we cannot find words to thank them enough. We certainly did not expect such a kind gesture. We will add this sum to our donation to the people who lost their house in this horrible war. This hotel, besides being beautiful and highly maintained, has a unique way of treating their clients, answering their needs with great sensitivity.
