Nice balcony, decent room size for a family of four. The free shuttle to Universal and metro station was very convenient. The heated pool seemed nice, yet we didn’t get to use it. It was a bit crowded in the evening. Nice idea to project movies at night, to watch from the pool!

The attentiveness & friendly manner of the front desk lady Jesenia , I requested a late checkout, I got an offer to upgrade our room with a late checkout which worked fantastic for us as our flight was late at night! So pleased with our stay!

We just loved those beds! We had our best nights sleep ever. And it was very kind to let us change rooms when the view was not fully up to our expectations.
