Fábio and his wife are great hosts! The room and private bathroom are cozy, very clean and very well kept. The shared areas are equally great. They left us beverages in the fridge and some snacks as well as coffee and tea. We were able to have our own privacy. Location is excellent and safe. Will rent again next time we are in LA. Thanks!

The fantastic location and close by all the legendary rock clubs was especially appreciated. The area felt safe to walk around as a single woman, even in the evening. Hotel with fantastic rooms and a rooftop pool was absolutely top class. A hotel I would highly recommend!!

Fantastic pool with great view and excellent service. We had a large spacious room with a great shower. Really enjoyed our stay - they also went above and beyond helping me dry clean a dress which had a red wine stain in it. It came back perfect!

But what truly stood out, and is so rare in the market despite everyone talking about its importance, is the level of customer service. I think they’ve read the book Delivering Happiness and are actually putting it into practice. They go above and beyond what’s required, promised, or even expected. If more businesses in the HORECA industry followed their example, they would be far more successful and appreciated by their customers.

Great stay at the faboulous hotel, loved the eco ideas and inspirations in the hotel. Very natural, a lot of plants and trees, wonderful view and decent location. Definitely coming back as it was a great start with the 1 Hotel Group. The rooftop bar is also a place to be! Good taste of music in the hotel! 100% my vibe!
