Every staff member I encountered during my 2 days stay (about 7 of them) were friendly, helpful, and always asked if there was anything I needed (which is rare in today's world of customer service). They were so friendly I found my conversations with them much longer than I usually have (and I travel a lot in this area). I like the different choices at breakfast, the bistro-like muffins were amazing, as was the breakfast sandwiches & they were so easy to grab and go I really appreciated not having to really think about how to eat on the go.

Great location - short walk into Broadway and also convenient to drive to lots of local places. Awesome staff, most notably Brandon in the main bar and the chap on reception (Who's name escapes me!). Great and responsive lads on the valet parking too. Room was a great size and comfortable. Great views out of the bedroom windows too!

The Hotel surprised us in several aspects: 1. The hotel is located in a very calm and peaceful place, very close to the airport and with free parking. 2. The hotel is a 23-minute drive from the city center, but is very close to the Grand Ole Opry, Madame Tussaud’s at Opry Mills. 3. The room is very modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. 3. The bathroom is excellent, a very good size, with a great shower and a very technological mirror. 4. The hotel's restaurant is great! The staff are very polite and helpful and the restaurant staff were especially wonderful. I ordered chicken wings with ranch and it was just delicious, fresh, amazing seasoning. The best chicken wings I've ever had in my life. My husband ordered a hamburger and he liked it a lot. I ordered chicken wings downtown and it didn't even come close to the flavor I found at the hotel's chicken wings. Unforgettable. We will be compelled to stay at this hotel every time from now on.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Honky Tonk Row. Rooms were perfect for 5 adults travelling together. And the pool was a real bonus.
