The best choice you can make is staying at this hotel!! It is close to everything.. metro, train station, main attractions. I picked this hotel for our honeymoon. The Hotel rooms are modern and clean. Did not have any issues with the elevator as I planned ahead when to go down for breakfast etc. Also the elevator sometimes has an operator during busy hours to help people get onboard. The breakfast is amazing, prepared with care and varies every few days with sausage types & eggs. What more could you ask for? Don't see why the people are complaining. Staff were very helpful as well and housekeeping on point cleaning our room the entire two week stay. Please make sure to stay at this hotel if you want awesome views from your room and the above stated during your trip to NYC.
