The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed but small. The house keeping is kind and courteous - the staff are good and the food is amazing. Would 100% stay again even if the area is a little touch and go. Still worth it!

Staff were amazing, we were given printed recommendations for restaurants for the area - which we used to big amazement of delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's very quiet at the rooms, even it's a busy area. The rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel was calm and safe. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and families.

The hotel is great, very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Great locations, actually amazing, very kind staff and awesome breakfast. The room was very very nice even if not with much space, bed are comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Overall great experience because most of all we felt like home!

From the first moment that we stepped into the hotel till the last moment that we checked out, we were treated like a family member by the ladies at the Reception always with a smiling face. The room (Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds City View) was spacious and clean as well as quiet with a spectacular view of the Colombus Park nearby and the tall buildings around. It was very nice to be able to open a little bit the two windows to get some fresh air, even though the air conditioner worked properly at all times. The location of the hotel is in Chinatown in Lower Manhattan, which I would recommend for its nice and safe neighborhood, and it is very close to many attractions, restaurants, street food, marketplace, and public transport (metro and buses) all within easy walking distance.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's only around 3 minutes walk to the subway station. I also really liked the helpfulness of the staff! I went to New York for the first time as a solo female traveler. My departure for an international flight was in the early morning, so I was worried about getting a taxi during those hours. I talked to the staff, and they had contact with a driver that could take me to JFK. I am really thankful for that. I also had two big luggages with me, and the receptionist helped me bring them down since the hotel is on the second floor and there was no elevator.
