Staff were amazing, we were given printed recommendations for restaurants for the area - which we used to big amazement of delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's very quiet at the rooms, even it's a busy area. The rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel was calm and safe. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and families.

Perfect downtown location surrounded by great traditional Chinese food. We loved our spacious room with its fantastic view of the Manhattan Bridge. The staff was very kind and helpful, making for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay in the hotel. The front desk employees were very nice and very helpful. The room was a good size however there were four of us and four suitcases but no problem since we only were at the hotel to sleep. Location was good, lots of places nearby to eat and a short walk to the subway. Some people might not feel totally comfortable walking around when it is dark but me and my three kids did it every night when we came home. Beds are very comfortable. Good shower. AC worked well. Quiet in the rooms. Definitely recommended.

Hotel is really excellent location, we traversed around Manhattan and Brooklyn by subway easily. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are smallish but comfy with good beds. Cleaning service was excellent and it felt great to come to sorted room each day.
