This hotel is really a hidden gem in NYC. Price/quality, you wouldn't find much better. The location was great, with the metro just around the corner. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious. And enough variation in the breakfast buffet. But the best part were the staff. Every single staff member will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Many luxery hotels can learn from them. I was supposed to stay at the Hilton instead of this one. But cause price discussion during booking, I cancelled my booking at Hilton, I even asked them to erase my membership (which I better didn't do it, cause Best Western will match your membership from other hotels!!) Never step foot again in a Hilton.

No complaints. Good size room. Some noise from the nearby train/subway but not disturbing. Breakfast is pretty simple but was sufficient for us. Breakfast room tends to get a bit busy but it was never an issue for us.

I really liked the interior and style of the hotel, the lobby looked really lovely. The rooms were neat and clean, housekeeping has done an excellent job keeping it tidy at all times. I was looking forward to coming back and relaxing. Plus the view from room 610 was perfect!

We liked everything. The room is small but very clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. White soft towels. We checked the time well. The hotel is located in a good area. Close to the metro and you can walk around. Many shops nearby

I travelled to NY for work and stayed here, close to my office. The hotel is beautiful and I had a great view of the bridge and river. The room itself was well-designed, great great bathroom, and super clean. Would stay again. Also, the rootop bar is great with a beautiful view of NYC

My husband and i loved this hotel as it was located on Mulberry street which connects Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho all on the same street. The location was also perfect for walking to Wall Street, 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge and Battery Park for the ferry to Statue of Liberty. The view from our room was amazing and we loved the big balcony!. Our room was modern and comfy all around and the coffee machine in our room was a nice perk.
