Nothing to complain about our stay at the Artezen Hotel in New York. Everything from check-in with amazing staff, to location of the hotel in the financial district and so close to the Fulton Metro station was great! The rooms are more on the smaller side, sure, but you have everything you require for a stay. (Plus steamer!) We were very happy with our stay and would choose this hotel again if your main goal is to visit New York for sightseeing and similar things.

I loved everything about the hotel and the location! It is right at the subway trains, plus i loved the neighbourhood, so safe and clean and plenty great shops and eateries nearby!
The hotel itself was awesome, the staff so very kind and the room so cosy and quiet. LOVED IT!

The location in a prestigious classy building was a very pleasant surprise. The view from the bar at the top floor is stunning. Having a supermarket in the basement is extremely convenient. The location cannot be better than this if you want to visit Manhattan and Brooklyn.

We love that this hotel is close to everything. CVS, Pizza, Subway, Convenience Stores, Chinese Food, etc. are less than 5 minutes walk. Free water and coffee at the reception. We stayed at the top floor so it was super quiet (although sounds can be audible if your neighbor cranks up the volume). Room is clean and interior looks brand new.

The facilities are substantial. There is a dedicated room filled with washers and dryers for guest to use for free. Gym are available too. There are function rooms and shared kitchen to use in several floors. The room is spacious. We were a family of four with both our son and daughter already adult. We occupied Studio plus and it was nice. Coffee maker, utensil, microwave, iron and board, fridge are all there. They do have balcony too.
We stayed for 5 nights to find a bigger room from the previous place in upper Manhattan to accomodate our daughter which came after and we love our choice.
In fact, we are supposed to move to other hotel in the upper part but decided to come back to this place after our visit to Boston
