The staff was exceptional, we arrived early morning and they called us once the room was ready (ahead of time). The location is perfect next to cafes restaurants subway - youre right there. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable.

This was our second stay at The Wallace and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in NYC. Beautiful boutique hotel in the quiet Upper West Side, close to Central Park and easy subway access. The addition of the Wallace Lounge , an atmospheric bar and lounge with live jazz most nights and lovely bar food is great.
