Truss Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Time Sq. It's spotlessly clean and the staff are so friendly and polite. Jessie at reception is competent, charming and so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are big and the beds very comfortable. The complimentary toiletries are welcome too.

The hotel is perfect.My hotel room was as I saw in the pictures.My room is luxurious, clean and the size was perfect. Hotel staff.The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.The atmosphere and smell of the hotel entrance is very nice.The live piano performance was very nice.I was also happy that there were restaurants and everything was within walking distance around the hotel.
