Nice and pleasant hotel in a perfect location. The area is calm, safe and yet full of restaurants and bars. It is easy to get to mid and uptown and also to Brooklyn. The staff was accommodating and helpful. We will certainly return to this hotel.

The Mint House at 70 pine was a comfortable and convenient choice. The apartment was clean and well-appointed, and the hotel's location was ideal.

Beautiful, cozy room. Lovely personal touch offering water and baked cookies in the evening! We requested a baby bath for our 4 month old and the concierge sorted us out straight away - very baby friendly! We loved the bar lounge and staff so much, our favourite evening spot!

What a great hotel! The rooms (for New York) are fabulous. A great size and really clean. This is a well maintained property and the service was great with friendly staff. Location is near to 9/11 museum and Tribeca. We weren't sure initially about this location but actually, it was really nice to be away from the madness of midtown/uptown.

Wonderful experience - the a la carte breakfast in the gorgeous dining room was the absolute best. Hotel has loads of atmosphere and the lounge, complete with roaring fire, was perfect after a day out exploring NYC in the wintry weather. Rooms on the small side, but that is par for the course in NYC and perfectly laid out within their small footprint. The daily cookies and water were very much appreciated. Would definitely return.

Everything. The attention to detail was exceptional & the team displayed outstanding customer service. The best example of this was on arrival by taxi, my card was rejected for payment & I didn't have sufficient cash. Doorman Jacob suddenly appeared & paid with his own money to settle the fair. Just incredible!
