We had an incredible stay at Artezen! The hotel is very well located, close to the subway station and with several restaurant options nearby. The room is super comfortable and clean, with all facilities available. The staff was incredible, always friendly and helpful - special thanks to Ricardo!

We loved everything about the hotel, from its central location to the attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The Room was beautiful, the bed and pillows comfotable. They offered complimentary water which was good, especially with the heat wave in New York when we were there. The location of the hotel is excellent to explore NY.
