The hotel is conveniently located near Grand Central Terminal. It has a boutique hotel feel. The reception people was very welcoming. The room was super comfortable, a really lovely bed. Aircon that worked very well without making a sound. Water provided in the room. Nice foyer with comfortable seating. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again.

Small (THAT IS STANDARD IN NYC!), but cozy and very efficient new rooms with good lighting and a great view (Roomtype: Balcony). The view is not obstructed by buildings on the other side of the street and gives a spacious feeling in an otherwise crowded city. Spectacular view of the Empire State Building. Since we travel a lot, we prefer intelligent designed rooms over spacious rooms. Everything had its place and was right where it should be in this tiny room. In regards of our needs: Best hotel in NYC so far!
