The location is amazing, there’s a bunch of cafes and cantinas nearby, it’s obviously close to The Empire State Building and Times Square. Overall, the hotel itself is very nice.

The front desk, whether in person or by phone, was incredibly efficient, even arranging deliveries directly to our room. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary bottled cold water available upon request, and the free fruit, coffee, and water offered each morning. The presence of both a bar and a restaurant on-site further enhanced our stay. A Truly Exceptional Stay What truly sets this hotel apart is its European standard of service and cleanliness, something we've come to appreciate and expect. The apartments were very comfort, linens , towels new and very clean , appartments especially bathroom was very clean . We fell like at home . View from the appartments amazing . The staff very friendly , I am traveling a lot but I never saw this kind of sevice from the staff . Every time they are going to help you and find good deal , a lot of thanks to all staff .
