Rooms had a lot of character and history, very clean and neat, plenty of space and very cosy. The location is excellent, just at the doorstep of Central Park and 5th avenue but in a quiet side street, which adds to the whole experience, a feeling of being local. The staff is amazingly kind and professional. Denzel at reception was the most helpful and kind, it was amazing how much he helped us so we could have the best room. Maurice, the concierge, is exceptional, without a doubt he made our trip. He gave us the best recommendations, planned our days, and made all reservations. He knows absolutely everything about where to go in NY! We will return to the Pierre, and we are most grateful!

We stayed at this apartment during our trip to New York with our two little daughters, and the experience was excellent. The location is unbeatable, in a quiet and safe area of the Upper East Side — perfect for exploring Manhattan. The apartment is modern, very clean, and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, complete set of dishes and utensils, a large fridge, and even some nice courtesy details like coffee and filters for the coffee maker. Everything worked perfectly. The host was very responsive and kind throughout our stay, quickly answering all our messages and allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out until our taxi arrived — which was a huge help. Overall, it’s an excellent option for couples or small families looking for a comfortable, modern, and well-located place in New York City.

The property was clean, everything was like in the pictures. We were very content. It has great AC. A lot of the city’s attractions are a walk away.
