It was our second stay at the hotel and this time we got an unexpected upgrade to a double room apartment with two bathrooms and two amazing terraces on the 11th floor. Everything was just perfect and amazing. Thanks a lot for the upgrade!

We stayed at this apartment during our trip to New York with our two little daughters, and the experience was excellent. The location is unbeatable, in a quiet and safe area of the Upper East Side — perfect for exploring Manhattan. The apartment is modern, very clean, and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, complete set of dishes and utensils, a large fridge, and even some nice courtesy details like coffee and filters for the coffee maker. Everything worked perfectly. The host was very responsive and kind throughout our stay, quickly answering all our messages and allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out until our taxi arrived — which was a huge help. Overall, it’s an excellent option for couples or small families looking for a comfortable, modern, and well-located place in New York City.
