Nice upper floor of a house in a good location in Oakland. Within walking distance you'll find everything, including the subway station Rockridge with direct trains to San Francisco. We didn't have a car during our stay and it was no problem at all. My wife appreciated the coffee machine a lot and we also liked to have breakfast next to the kitchen in the small room with the table.

The best of the best. Everything is more than perfect. The rooms are lovely, beautiful, clean, well-designed and quiet. Large screen to enjoy watching. Better Wi-Fi connection. Tea and the other services are more than perfect. Amanda took us to the supermarket by her car. One of us said I wish to live her forever. She is 89 years and the most famous voice actress from Japan- Astro Boy. Our friends took us to PIXAR and ILM studios. Oakland Airport is very close. Defenetely we shall be back to Moonlit Serenity next time.

Everything was great at this hotel from the minute I arrived. Reception staff was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, modern, really clean with kettle, microwave, free WiFi, comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with many choices available and layout of food area was exceptional.
