Independence from a hotel, more like a resort. The one bed villa was spacious with a full size fridge and cooker, dishwasher and island. Separate bedroom and utility room for washing and drying. Great living area with large L shape sofa and coffee table.

The grounds were beautiful and the condo was too. It had everything you could want. There were a lot of free activities like ping pong, tennis, pickleball,basketball, beach volleyball, mini putt, beanbag, shuffle board, not to mention 2 heated pools and spa pools.

The receptionists at the front desk were so friendly and we loved Gary who sold tickets for Disney and Universal in the lobby. Their breakfast had the most options I have seen, and I've stayed in quite a few hotels. We also liked that they switch a few of the options so each day you might get to try something new. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was on point every single day. Having the coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar available 24/7 was also nice. They have a free shuttle to Disney, Universal and Seaworld which is very convenient. There is also a shuttle to 2 of the outlet plazas if you want to go shopping. The cost to stay here was more than reasonable, and I say that considering the fact that I've paid more at other hotels and did not get this standard.

The property is beautiful with amazing facilities. The spa was super and I had an amazing massage there. The pool areas are fantastic for kids.
But far and away the best thing is the staff - from the minute we arrived in reception to the last bell person who helped us out with our bags every single staff member was extraordinary. So friendly and helpful and lovely. We’ve stayed at a lot of 5star hotels but never with this amazing level of friendly, fun service.
Also really great was the WhatsApp concierge service. We used it all the time to check details, book room service from the Parks so it was there when we arrived back and arranged the spa. They were super responsive and really made our trip seamless. Would really like to thank them for being fantastic.

From the moment we arrived at the Grande Villas Resort by Hilton Vacation Club, we were impressed. The gardens were imaculately attended to and the place looked like it had just undergone a renovation/repaint etc. Our room (3 bedroom condo) was fantastic, on the ground floor and close to reception. Beds were really comfortable and it was easy to get to and from Disneyworld and Universal Studios. The supermarket was an 5-10 min walk (depending on how hot the the day is :)) and everything was just easy. The pool was lovely and very clean. I just wished we lived closer so we could stay here more often.

Everything excellent. The apartment is huge, clean with a washing and drying machine. Like in photos. The pool and the hot tub are clean and well maintained; the kids loved it. The lake is amazing with a free conueing option. No issues soever during checkin/checkout. For the deposit I used a debit card. I can only recommend it.
