I loved that it was clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a restaurant and also full service coffee shop on site. The location along the river gave a great view from our room. I also appreciated how the staff quickly corrected a situation with our room that was a misrepresentation on booking.coms end.

• The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom and elegant modern design throughout the building. • The staff were impeccably trained and professional — a real highlight of our stay. • I greatly appreciated the early check-in, which I had requested in advance and was honored without any issue. • There was also a thoughtful surprise in the room for my wife and daughter, which I had asked for — again, a big plus that my request was fulfilled. • We didn’t bring our own toothbrushes, and the hotel promptly provided them upon request. • Speaking of amenities: the quality of toiletries, toothbrushes, and other room supplies was exceptional — easily the best I’ve encountered in any U.S. hotel.
