The room was very clean on arrival and we were told to let them know at reception when we like our room to be cleaned. The breakfast was fine and good enough for us and their warm breadrolls were delicious. Coffee was good and quality was fine. When leaving the hotel we were surrounded by nice restaurants and interesting places, with the subway it was less than 1 hour from the hotel to Times Square. Sheets were replaced on every cleaning and it there were no bugs.

We loved the fact that the hotel had an excellent staff who were friendly, helpful and professional. A great breakfast and a nice restaurant- the staff at the reception were very helpful and also in the restaurant especially Barbara . The rooms were spacious and had a fridge and microwave. There was always coffee in the reception area, which was nice. Thanks to you all for making our holiday special.

Everything was perfect. Krishel, on reception, was extremely polite and kind. My room was near the elevator and very noisy. She immediately changed my room, which was quite and much better.
