The loft was an excellent base for exploring New York for two adults and two kids. We had a very easy check-in and great communication with host. The accommodation had everything we needed including WiFi, full kitchen with coffee maker, toiletries, iron, hair dryer etc. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The E and R subway and 7 train are a 3 minute walk away and get into central Manhatten in around 20 minutes. There are a few good food markets in the busy Queens Plaza and a Target in nearby Court Square. Long Island City is a 15 minute walk and has nice restaurants and cafes and a lovely view across the river of Manhatten at night from the Boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and spacious rooms. Very good location, 5 min from the nearest subway stay, 10-15 min to Manhattan. Free tea, free coffee, microwave, plates, area to eat - everything was very convenient and functional. Great value for money.
I saw some threads about a hotel scam - these comments probably refer to the second LIC hotel in Queens. There was nothing wrong with this one, although we were a little bit worried before booking.

Great hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The breakfasts were tasty and varied. The location is perfect — close to the subway, cafes, and shops. Very convenient for walking around and sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is near to Manhattan and subway is just minutes away and it 24/7. Perfect location. The staffs are amazing and welcoming, the beds are comfortable there's a bar 🍸 and they also serve breakfast.
