Zephyr is very close to pier 39 and most of its attractions. The staff was very welcoming, and the common spaces are awesome - loved the games in there and the free s'mores! They got us water bottles and there was always fresh water available to refill them. The rooms were clean and very comfortable! Zephyr truly exceeded our expectations!

my second stay here at Hotel Zoe after 2018. I stayed in a wonderful room looking at the courtyard. Loved everything about it. Everyone at check in was so friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect in the middle of Fisherman's Wharf with two cable car lines nearby. I will be back for sure. Thank you!
