The hotel has an authentic and charming vibe. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s a multi-storey building where each room opens onto an outdoor gallery with elevator access.
The location is great — close to Russian Hill, with lots of public transport nearby. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the waterfront.
I’d definitely recommend this place for a budget-friendly stay in the city.

Staff was simply awesome. They did not hesitate to spend their time explaining us where to go in San Francisco and how to get there.
The hotel is in the wonderful part of the city. Many restaurants in walking distance, The Golden Bridge in the walking distance. Really nice place for the first visit to San Francisco.

Stayed for 6 nights, room was clean with a sitting area. Coffee machine, microwave and fridge, hair dryer, iron & iron board. Nil laundry but coin laundrette a short distance away. Relatively safe area - around 30 min walk to Fishermans warf & cable car. Safeway store close aswell. Happy with our stay.
