Stayed here for a week. Room is very clean and roomier than expected. There is a walk-in closet in the room which is very convenient for storing your purchases and luggage. The location was perfect right across Saks Fifth Avenue in Union Square. All day free coffee and tea in the lobby, and every other day popcorn. Microwave is also available. Staff was very lovely. Enough eating and breakfast options in less than 2 minute walk. This is the hotel to stay in San Francisco.

Such a nice hotel! And I can truly recommend it. If I get back to San Francisco - which I really hope - I will stay here again. Great rooms, excellent breakfast with view, nice pool and training facilities and a very, very kind staff. The area is also nice!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! 🌟 The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, with everything you might need just steps away.
