Very comfortable beds, very nice privacy design in the dorm. Each bunk had a small shelf and charging port next the the bed. Big storage lockers. The 4 bed bunk room also had its own toilet and bathroom which is also nice for a hostel. Everything was clean, very nice modern design, nice lighting and heating.

The location is excellent. Close to malls, public transportation, restaurants, Union Square where the big bus, and hop on hop off bus tours can be joined. You can't beat it location wise.
The room is very spacious and immaculately clean.
The facilities of the room are good with very comfortable beds. When we are in San Francisco next time we will surely stay there.

The location was perfect! A cable car stop right around the corner and also in walking distance to the main tourist places. Everything was perfectly clean, staff friendly and helpful. If you like to stay in old buildings with character and charme this is a great opportunity!

Staff were fantastic and helpful. They allowed early check in after two big flights which was the best thing for us. All staff were friendly and it’s close to all transport to get around.
