The staff and service were amazing, special thanks to Jackson, Carrera and Lauren who were the epitome of customer service and front desk. The location is excellent, a short walk from many tourist attractions including Space Neelde, MoPop and Chihuly gardens, all worth a visit especially with the CityPass. The bed was pretty good too. The hotel bar was friendly and a nice place to wind down for a couple of hours after a long day out. Yes! I would stay here again.

There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

The space was perfect. Line had provided every possible comfort. Plenty of toiletries, pans, oil, spices, even butter and milk. My daughter loved the selection of cereals and the little play area. The little train table with cars was an absolute hit. A simple touch but it really helped her settle in right away. We arrived during a heatwave and really appreciated all the fans and cold bottled water provided, too. There is a garage to park the car in (if you bring one) we would've utilized it but we couldn't fit our minivan in! (This is probably more a comment on our parking skills!) Location is on a pretty street with a bus stop right outside for easy access into downtown. It was a perfect base to explore seattle. The check in process was simple and communication was also easy. We would definitely stay again!
