There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

We came from the airport by monorail $3 pp - the hotel was at some 500 meters of the station. The staff was kind and the room was nice with a view over the city. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the waiter was friendly.
