Office manager called my cell-phone to confirm that I were on the way to the site after I had landed at SEATAC Airport, and she was friendly and energetic about the area. I was allowed a late-checkout (half-hour extension) too.

The staff and service were amazing, special thanks to Jackson, Carrera and Lauren who were the epitome of customer service and front desk. The location is excellent, a short walk from many tourist attractions including Space Neelde, MoPop and Chihuly gardens, all worth a visit especially with the CityPass. The bed was pretty good too. The hotel bar was friendly and a nice place to wind down for a couple of hours after a long day out. Yes! I would stay here again.

There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

We liked the localization which was near everything: Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Pop Museum and etc. The staff were very kind and the food was great. The comfort of the room was superb along with a nice bathroom. The mini shop at the entrance of the hotel was very handy in case you needed anything. The receptionists were also kind and the reception itself was comfortable because it had a nice living hall.
