Right at the begging Nehema helped us and she was the absolute best. She worried about getting our our room ready for us even before it was check in time. Right before she finished her shift, she gave us a call to make sure we knew everything was ready. 100% would recommend

Great location within easy walking distance of everything but in a nice quiet location. We had a lovely apartment, spotlessly clean with separate living room/kitchen and bedroom . The bed was enormous and so comfortable ! Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great with lots of variety each day . Would definitely stay here again .

The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The location was great as it has easy access to the centre/ museums etc. I loved the dairy free milk in the room and celebrate your level of consciousness in this regard.
