Right at the begging Nehema helped us and she was the absolute best. She worried about getting our our room ready for us even before it was check in time. Right before she finished her shift, she gave us a call to make sure we knew everything was ready. 100% would recommend

Great location within easy walking distance of everything but in a nice quiet location. We had a lovely apartment, spotlessly clean with separate living room/kitchen and bedroom . The bed was enormous and so comfortable ! Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great with lots of variety each day . Would definitely stay here again .

The room was huge, and staffs were all very friendly. It has been great experience and convenient with valet parking service (although that is a bit costly). There are a few USB-A ports for charging your device. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood in downtown area. Most attractions are within 20-30 minutes walking.

Good location - close to a subway station and a walking distance from main attractions. Many nice restaurants around, as well as grocery shops. Friendly receptionist and managers - we were able to check in ealier. I really enjoyed our stay there.
