Our experience at this 4-star hotel was outstanding from start to finish. We were welcomed by Elisa at reception, who treated us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every small issue was resolved immediately, and the entire team delivered an impeccable level of customer service.
The hotel isn’t the cheapest option, but it’s absolutely worth every penny for the quality, location, and comfort. Our room had a beautiful river view, and we truly felt looked after throughout the stay.
A fully deserved 10/10 to all the staff.

This hotel is perfect! Location, decor, staff and service! The rooms are amazingly clean and beautifully decorated. Our room faced the beach, and the window was huge! So we enjoyed that very much. Upon arrival, they gave us vouchers for free drinks at the bar, which we used to have some very delicious gin & tonics! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, an excellent experience. Super easy check-in in a modern building. Hostess was very attentive and quick to respond to any concerns. The apartment was extremely neat, clean and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay, you can tell they thought of every detail. The location is very convenient, you can walk around and there are restaurants and coffee places nearby. The Punta Carretas mall is two minutes away. Very nice neighborhood, would definitely recommend!

Very central location but still quiet. Nice patio even though you are in the city center. Clean. We liked that they provided a.o. some tea, coffee and alfajores. Very friendly staff.
