Staff service was 1st class. Very Informative , Knowledgeable, when asked about aminities , eg restaurants, sightseeing etc. Ms Minh booked the HLB cruise for us.
We had an unfortunate Incident. My friend lost his hp.the reception staff helped to call the cruise, taxi driver who dropped us etc. They were so sincere/caring to locate the hp.
Very nice hotel , I liked it so much due to the service.
