Everything was perfect,and even above.
They kindly gave us the room about 1 p. m. though the arriving time was 2 or 3 p. m.
We were happy going to the room because the weather was awful ,heavy rain all day long.

Spacious, modern, and very convenient apartment. Residences staff and restaurant were operating at full swing even during the Lunar New Year period, which our family highly appreciated (including the routine pest control checkup, btw)

A very nice new hotel with old school charm, located right near train street and plenty of excellent restaurants and bars.
It’s a pleasant and easy walk through the shopping district to the centre of Hanoi near the lake, old quarter and the cathedral.
Excellent WiFi, breakfast and a nice smart TV in the room and the staff were very friendly and helpful, highly recommended.
