We stayed for 4 days during our trip in Hanoi and it’s a lovely property with highest views from top of Hanoi. Food was great and large variety. 63rd floor bar was very nice and staff is excellent too, specially I want to thank SON LE for his excellent hospitality and customer service and Ms.CHINH bat stewardess working at the 63floor bar for her excellent customer service and the hospitality.
Indoor pool is very nice and very clean.

The room was large and clean, the bedding super confortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We also went to the restaurant and got a massage from the spa and both services were great. We'll definitely keep the address in mind if we come back to Hanoi!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay here! The communication with Chị Anh is very smooth. She is always very responsive and even very patient with my basic/poor Vietnamese (that being said, she communicates very well in English). The guard/cleaning lady is also very kind and helpful! We really feel at home.
In terms of facilities, you basically get everything prepared even some essential kitchen utensils. However, since the location of this apartment is really good and close to many local restaurants, we did not use the kitchen. It is located at the end of a small 'ngõ'/alley. Even though it is only around 30 meters away from the main road, you can't hear any noise. Loads of cafes and restaurants are nearby. We actually walked to the old town quite often -- it is about 25-30 mins walk -- with quite a lots of traffic along the way, which is quite normal in Hanoi given the number of its motorbike. Otherwise, the old town is very accessible through Grab from the apartment. Usually it just takes about 10-15 mins by car. The view from the balcony is also amazing. Overall, we will definitely come back here whenever we travel to Hanoi!

Studio/room was really comfortable: modern bed(room), bathroom (best shower of our Vietnam-trip), and kitchenette (altough I wonder who would use it with so many great eateries nearby).
Accommodation does not include breakfast. However, if you walk eastward, there are plenty food stalls with banh mi, pho or bun cha.
Great service! Always quick respons via Whatsapp. And we were very happy to be able to check-in at 4 AM, after arriving with a nightbus.
Would definately recommend and visit again!
