The room was clean and cosy with nice lighting, plenty of wardrobe space with just enough hangers for one.
The bathroom was clean, with two towels prepared. The water in the shower was warm.
The wonderful breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, two slices of toast and banana slices. It was promptly cooked by the host and served with lemon tea.
Exceptionally, the host was very helpful in helping call / sort out an issue with my own limo provider. The host offered to keep me updated on the driver's status / arrival.
The hosts were incredibly polite, courteous and accommodating. This level of customer service, is the most impressive I've ever experienced in any hotel - which made my stay not only very pleasant, but positively memorable.

Best thing is the location. Everything is at a walkable distance. The apartment is very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed as we travelled with kids and we had to cook. It's quite spacious and beautiful. The owner was very good and responded swiftly to every concern of ours. She was friendly and so cooperative. Totally a recommendable place when in Ha Noi.

It was great value for money, the staff were very nice, the room was clean, it had a fridge and the air conditioning was brilliant. There were lots of cafes nearby for a morning coffee, but not much in the way of food.
