I had the best stay in this studio in Hanoi, and extended my stay at this property. It’s a new accommodation and everything was in excellent condition. Very clean, quiet, the shower was perfect and the bedding is great!

The room is really clean and cozy, especially on the high floor where it's really quiet. The staff are really friendly and ready to help. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is great for grabbing snacks and drinks.
Even though one of the air conditioners wasn't working properly, they fixed it within an hour. I'm impressed by how fast they got it sorted.

Excellent location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Quite a walk to the Old Quarter, but we knew this when we booked. Lots of space in the apartment, very comfortable for the whole family to spend a few days.
