The staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel is nice and so are the rooms. The location is great, very lively area but not noise when inside the hotel. Would recommend :)

Location, facilities, staff, food quality, sky bar, spa here are EXCELLENT. We stayed for 7 nights and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. We couldn’t fault anything. A plus is the sky bar which offers happy hour and fresh delicious cocktails. Breakfast every morning was extraordinary. I will stayed here again if we visit Hanoi that is for sure. An extra, this hotel recently listed in the Michelin guide for places to stay in Hanoi.

Mrs Spring was incredibly helpful in all aspects of our stay - she accommodated us and informed us of interesting facts of Hanoi, useful tips around the city and streets, as well as organising tours and transfers without us having to even ask. Room was clean and tidy, prime location in the Old Quarter with a view looking onto the street.

We were deeply impressed by David-Receptionist's warm welcome and his loving speech for us. Our flight was delayed, so we had to check in hotel very late at midnight. We were tried but David was still very energetic to give us his lovely smile, warm welcome and a big source of positive energy. He told us that: He had been waiting for us for so long, and he worried for us, 😋 luckily we arrived, and he was so happy to see us in hotel.
