Everything about this place was great, location, room, amenities, staff and breakfast.

Modern furniture, clean, great location, aircon works perfectly. Pictures represent accurately, which is very uncommon in my experience. Overall, hotel looks brand new.

Great location right in the old quarter of Hanoi! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the helped us organize a airport transfer as well as a bus to Ha Giang and Cat ba!

The customer service is 10/10 staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent location in the centre of Hanoi. Room clean with modern bathroom. Good rooftop bar. Would recommend to anybody and would return.

We were originally to stay at the allure but it was closed for the Vietnamese new year. They informed us well in advance and transferred our booking to their group hotel Tirant. It was just 2 -3 minutes away. And my review is about Tirant. And the location of both the properties was at the heart of the old quarter in Hanoi full of ambienece and street food. The staff were excellent. Some staff I specifically remember are Chester in the restaurant, Ever smiling chef Phu behind the live service counter and Don at the reception. The staff all went above and beyond our expectations and gave us all sorts of service and help, at times those not even part of the hotel services.

The location was great as its right in the middle of city centre. The service was amazing, staff were so friendly, room was super clean and great breakfast. Everything was perfect (thats rare but this hotel indeed is perfect)

We stayed for 2 nights in March 2024. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was good and powerful. The water pressure was strong. The room has a dedicated hot water line, so we never had to worry about running out of hot water or having to wait for the water to get hot enough to take a shower or bath. I really wanted a bathroom with a bathtub and was not disappointed here. The rain shower was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of the old town and is roughly of equal distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Dong Xuan market. It is just 50 meters from Ta Hien beer street, but it is far enough that the noises from late parties won't keep you up all night. All these positive aspects of the hotel and yet, the best aspect is the service for us. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. As usual, you will need to insert the key to turn the AC and power on. However, we arrived to a very cool room as the staff had already turned on the AC before we arrived to make sure that we didn't come into a warm room, which is important as mosquitoes is a huge problem in the North of Vietnam at this time. We asked for some local food recommendations and were not disappointed. We got room 301 and would highly recommend it. It has a floor to ceiling window that sort of wraps around the corner of the building a little. This corner of the room overlooks both Đào Duy Từ Street and the intersection of Lương Ngọc Quyến and Tạ Hiện. There is a small love seat for you to sit and watch the streets without having to stay outside. I highly recommend it

I recommend Viet Hotel and travel. the location is at the heart of The old quarter. the manager and the stuffs are very friendly and accomodating. there is nothing to complain to this hotel. we love it.

My last day in Hanoi and we got a comfy stay at Kingdom Hotel. Very nice staffs and clean room, best location. We'll be back and happy to recommend this place
