Their hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. The hotel's interior is simply stunning—elegant, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every corner exudes taste and sophistication. The facilities, including the spa, were impeccably maintained, offering a spotless and luxurious atmosphere. Breakfast was a real treat—delicious, fresh, and full of variety. The staff was really nice. Annie helped me a lot throughout my stay, from booking transportation to helping me with phone issues. I'd like to thank her again for that. I don't know what I would've done without her. The room itself was good, we had everything we needed.

Highly recommend. Very friendly staff, took great care of me when I had an upset tummy from eating at a pho stall outside the hotel. They treated me like family, checked up on me, took me to the pharmacy, brought me food in between and even offered to organise taking me to the doctor. I couldn't recommend them enough and am very grateful. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

The room was to our liking and matched the photos on the booking. It was spacious, clean and the private terrace overlooking the busy street made all our evenings richer. But what is important to highlight is that we have never seen nicer, more helpful and wonderful people at the reception. Specially Kelly acts like a family friend and treats you like her own. Thank you very much for a very pleasant days in Hanoi. We highly recommend and if we ever return to Hanoi, we would love to go back to Bella Rosa.
