Everything was fantastic. Lot of hotels aren't like in the photos but this one is exactly as you see, so it's new, clean and luxurious. Staff were Exceptional. My father got lost while we were waiting but in a hurry to catch a bus, and a staff, Henry, helped locate and fetch him on motorbike. Other staff were also very nice and eager to offer recommendations and help. Comfy and large beds, clean bathrooms too. I highly recommend the place.

The hotel is very new (opened in May 2025). It is clean, well-equipped and centrally-located. Awesome breakfast and the nicest staff you can imagine. I will stay here any time I am in Hanoi from now on.

The hotel situated in Mã Mây, which I considers the best street to be staying in Hanoi Old Quarter. Tạ Hiện, Hoàn Kiếm Lake and Parking for scooters is within 5 mins walking. In comparison with other streets in the Old Quarter, it is less noisy and busy. It is also opposite to the monument Old House. Many great restaurants are nearby. The services at the hotel was also exceptional. Our room was cleaned everyday with new towels and toiletries. The staff were very friendly, professional and available 24/7. Got helped with our luggages and many personal needs. Definitely recommend and will come back if I ever want to stay in Hanoi Old Quarter again.

The room was to our liking and matched the photos on the booking. It was spacious, clean and the private terrace overlooking the busy street made all our evenings richer. But what is important to highlight is that we have never seen nicer, more helpful and wonderful people at the reception. Specially Kelly acts like a family friend and treats you like her own. Thank you very much for a very pleasant days in Hanoi. We highly recommend and if we ever return to Hanoi, we would love to go back to Bella Rosa.
